Taking 15 minutes a day to pour into yourself is something everyone should do, but most of us don’t. So I created a 44-card Self Care Deck to help you get creative and try new self-care activities!
To use the deck, take a deep breath, close your eyes, and shuffle. Whatever card you draw is your fun self-care activity for the day. You can do almost any of these activities in 15 minutes or less but you can also spend as much time as you need doing them.
